Meet The Founder
♥ Hey, I’m Lo!
I’ve always been drawn to self-expression, and from the age of 10, journaling became my safe space—a place to pour out my emotions, thoughts, and reflections. But as I got older, I drifted from that practice, turning to distractions and vices instead. By 2019, I found myself in what’s often called the Dark Night of the Soul—a deeply challenging and transformative period where everything I thought I knew about myself felt like it was crumbling. It was painful, but it was also an awakening.
I picked up my journal again, returning to what always felt like home. Writing became my lifeline, helping me process emotions and rebuild myself from the inside out. When 2020 came and the world stood still, I was forced to truly heal, self-reflect, and strip away the masks I had been wearing. I had to unlearn, re-learn, and rediscover who I truly was.
Through this journey of healing, self-awareness, and growth, I felt called to share my rituals with the world. Journaling and self-reflection are our superpowers—they help us transform, manifest, and navigate life’s ups and downs with clarity. That’s why I created UNI. Rituals—a space where we can unite, nourish, and inspire each other to keep growing.
I’m a spiritual intuitive, poet, and energy worker who believes in the power of self-expression, healing, and divine connection. I practice Reiki as part of my spiritual journey and will soon be offering Reiki sessions to the community, creating even more space for collective healing. Through intuitive tarot readings, I help others reflect, uncover their truth, and shift their mindset. These readings aren’t about predicting the future—they’re about transformation, offering divine messages, affirmations, and journal prompts to inspire action and healing.
I’m also a Mocktail girly—I quit drinking alcohol in September 2023, a decision that deepened my self-awareness and strengthened my spiritual path. Embracing a sober lifestyle has allowed me to be more present, creative, and aligned with my purpose.
Community is everything. When you’re on a self-growth journey, it’s common to feel distant from old friends and familiar spaces as you prioritize yourself. That’s why I’m building something bigger—a space where like-minded souls can connect, heal, and elevate together. Future events are in the works right here in New York City, and I can’t wait to grow alongside you.
